How to Make The Lots of Dots Quilt with Nancy Mahoney, Part 2

Quilters Newsletter Workshop | Series 100 | Part 2

The next step in making the two-block Lots of Dots quilt is to sew the circles in place. She uses invisible thread on top and 60-weight thread in the bobbin, matching the bobbin thread to the background.  Once the circles are sewn in place, it’s time to make the second quilt block, which is made with strips. The quilt block consists of two strip segments and one center strip. To watch more episodes of Quilters Newsletter Workshop visit!
