Episode 3013 – The Victory quilt blocks are completed, so now it’s time to finish the quilt. There are choices: blocks set on point with striped border or set straight with ribbon border or set on point with a swag border. Eleanor chooses a swag border and shows how to make and attach the appliqué swags and stars after sewing the blocks together with sashing and corner stones. Her guest Steve has loaded the quilt onto the longarm quilting machine and they discuss the quilting patterns to be used.
