Episode 2803 – In this video, Eleanor Burns shows examples of the Morning Star quilt which resembles the brightest star in the winter sky before sunrise called Venus. Then she shows us how to make the Morning Star quilt with a step by step tutorial. The star centers are 4.5 inch squares made from fussy cut fabric with flowers. The flower fabric squares are then chain pieced together.
At Winter’s end, the Morning Star rises which is indicated in the quilt with perky flying geese points and fussy cut centers.
