In this video, Eleanor Burns shows how to make a unique Christmas Tree garland out of quilting fabric. A garland is a decorative item, typically a string of ornaments used for celebrations. In this case, she makes one for a Christmas tree which is made from fabric yoyos.
The yoyos are made out of a bunch of 4 inch circles. The edges are stitched and then sewn together.
