I joined Quilters CLub of America with the express understanding that it included access to your site. I cannot get on the site. I do not know how to sign on without paying to join and frankly, I’m starting to think this whole thing is a sham. Pleae let me know how I can access QNNTV. Thank you.

I have joined your site QNNtv, paid my membership, but unable to view any videos?
I am logged in, and the message says:
You have purchased access to this video. Click “play” above to view. If you have any difficulties viewing the video, please contact us for help.
This is happening with ALL videos.
Please can you respond?

- Be sure that you are using Google Chrome browser, as this works best with our vidoes. If you are using AOL, this doesn’t play friendly at all with our vidoes. Please contact customer service at 888-253-0201 and we will gladly get you on the QNNtv.com.

And while we are asking about log in, why is it that one has to log in for each and every show, it is so very frustrating to only see the buy it to view it when switching from say Quilt out loud to Fons & Porter or whatever I am looking for that day.
one other thing , when I log in to any other site across the www, it shows in the corner my name and says you are logged in, here never , why can’t that be part of the top page information, then maybe we can see and your site can see that I have already signed in 4 times. Just asking for all of us frustrated members of QCA
