In this video, Eleanor stitches two mountain quilt blocks together with symmetrical peaks so it make it easy to line everything up. She uses a pin to hold them aligned together and sews straight up to that mark. Once the center seam is stitched, be sure to press it open.
Then she explains more about the Delectable Mountains quilt pattern that she is working with which will go up to 16 mountains on the outer layer, but you can make a king size quilt that has 20 mountains. The design starts small from the center and layers out with more mountains for each layer.
