She first shows you a sewing table used for quilting which is only 29 inches tall. It has a square hole where the sewing machine sits inside. Simply push down and it comes up. Then she suggestions getting non glare light to reduce eye strain if you don’t have natural light.
For safety sake, cover your cords to the floor with tape.
Then she shows pressing tables and cutting tables with solutions to increase the height of the tables. Also shows the design wall and a way to hand quilts.
Near the end, Eleanor welcomes her son who will show how to make a design wall which continues in part 2.
