Eleanor Burns shows how to make a fan quilt block with cut wedges by using plastic templates. Video explains how the fan was designed by using different colors. With the fabric strips cut, she layers them together, traces around the template, and cuts those pieces into wedge shapes. Then she assembly line sews everything together into a fan shape.
