Split Rail Fence Quilt Border, Part 3

Episode 2007 – Eleanor sews the town together, and surrounds it with a Split Rail Fence quilt border. She stitches in the ditch on the seam. Then she pieces 3 inch wide strips to use as a border. She shows how to make mitered corners by folding the fabric.
