Decorating the Christmas Tree

In this video, Eleanor Burns first shows the different items you can use to decorate your tree. Then she shows how to make a Christmas tree skirt out of fabrics. Using the rotary cutter, she quickly cuts up the fabric pieces and sews them together to create a home made tree skirt.
