Then Marie demonstrates how to make a very simple 4th of July quilt block that looks complicated once joined. Marie chooses red, white and blue block colors in honor of Independence day. Oliver, Marie’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, joins Jodie and Mark in the living room for their monthly book review and quilt show.

There is a learning curve to quilting. The best advice I can give is to find other quilters to quilt and share with and just keep doing it. It’s so worth climbing that learning curve!
