Mark’s Unfinished Quilts for the Uninitiated, Part 3

Quilt Out Loud | Episode 307, Part 3 | January 2012

Jodie and Mark are back at Keepsake Quilting, America’s favorite quilt store. Mark has brought along some of his UFOs (unfinished quilts for the uninitiated) which are neatly organized in white folding boxes from Staples. One boxful of polyester/cotton squares is from the 60’s, another holds finished blocks bought at an auction by a friend, and another is a top made from funky fabrics. The consensus…it isn’t necessary to finish everything. If you don’t like it, don’t bother; otherwise organize those UFO’s until you find the time or the inspiration to finish them.

They finish the episode with their monthly book reviews and show a variety of quilts from the books near the end of the video.
