For this episode, Marianne and Mary Fons show off the Amish triangle quilt that was submitted into the magazine. The half square triangles used are 3 inches in length but can be made larger. Since Marianne wanted a larger quilt with this design, she made one with 4 inch half square triangles.
To make this Amish triangle quilt, they first show how to enlarge the patchwork quilt pattern. They also demonstrate utility quilting for flannel quilts.
