  1. Thanks for the video Mary. I have found another way to rip seams that does not require tugging on the fabric and takes the same amount of time and you don’t have all those straggly pieces of thread left is to: snip every third or fourth thread on one side – then when you reach the end, turn it over – just pull the thread that is in one piece from the end and it come right undone. No tugging on the fabric, then you can pick up any left over threads.
