  1. Just watched episode 222 rergarding stretches. Thank you so much!! The exercises/stretches you offered are just the ticket for me. I tend to get so involved in my sewing that I forget to use proper sitting positions and then get up to move. These stretches will be a big help in making me more comfortable and allowing me to continue sewing when I’m really into a project. Now I just need to remember to do them…..
