Love this episode on mitered corners. This final step (of many, of course) has always been the most difficult for me. I know there are many ways to do this step but this video keeps it simple and explains why you should or should not do a particular thing. Thanks Patrick!

I haven’t been quilting a real long time , (less than 2 years) but I hate using pins. I do my binding the same way .. it’s small bits at a time , I never pin it . And I’m ok with that
Love the tip and am going to try it with my next mug rug (I always try something new on a small scale first lol) Thank you!!

This video has been very informative for me. Bindings are a sore spot for me, I have a problems with them.
Thank you Patrick, I am going to keep this in my quilting folder

I agree with Deborah, Patricks method makes perfect sense. I also like his idea for using the seam guide and setting it slightly more than 1/4 “. Thank you Patrick

Loved his demo for mitered corners.
Where can you get the metal tool that he used with the sewing machine?
