1. How do I sign in?
– You may sign in using the login area on the left side of your screen. If you have not already purchased your membership, you can do so by clicking “Join QNNtv.com Now!” at the top of your screen.

2. Does QNNtv store my credit card info?
– No. For security reasons, QNNtv does not store your credit card information. Each time you wish to make a purchase, you will be prompted to enter your personal information (name and address) and credit card information in a secure Verisign safe page. For more information on Verisign, please visit www.verisign.com.

3. Why did I not receive a confirmation email?
– Please make sure to check your Junk Mail folder. Sometimes emails get caught up as spam. If you still have not received your confirmation email, or cannot find it, send us an email at this email address.

4. Do I need to be a member to view the videos?
– Yes, to have unlimited access to our entire library of hundreds upon hundreds of videos, you must be a member. On the small screen on the home page we do offer an ever-changing selection of videos for you to watch for free, but that is just a tiny sample of what QNNtv has to offer.

5. How do I purchase a QNNtv membership?
–  Please follow the detailed step by step guide below.
(1) While at the QNNtv website, click “Join Now”.
(2) Click the “New Member” button.
(2) Follow the 4 steps to purchase a membership.
(4) Your order summary as well as your confirmation number will then be displayed. An email with this information is also sent to you.
(5) You have successfully completed your order!

6. How do I sample your library?
Click on the “Browse” tab and you will be able to click through our library by the category listing. This is similar to a table of contents for a book. Unless you are a member, you won’t be able to watch the shows, but you can see the scope of our content.
To use the search function, click on the “Watch Now” tab. There you can type in a word to search for; for instance, “Applique.” This will bring up all of the shows in our library that include the word you searched for in the title or program description.

7. How do I become a member?
Simply click on the “Join Now!” graphic on the home page.

8.What does it cost to be a member?
A yearly subscription is $24–that’s about the price of a magazine subscription. It gives you access to our entire library for a year, including the new content we add monthly. For the price of one DVD you have an entire library ready to watch anytime you wish, at just a click of the mouse. No finding or loading videos; QNNtv is always updated and ready to go. You can even save shows to your favorites. That’s quite a bargain at only $2 per month.

9. If I was a member before the re-launch of the web site, do I need to become a member again?
No, current members need not sign up again. Your membership will continue onto its expiration date. Now you get even greater value since the videos are on-demand. Thanks for your support!

10. What is your refund policy?
QNNtv will refund your membership fees on a pro-rata basis if you are not fully satisfied with your membership.

12. I have changed my email, what do I do now?
You will need to notify us so that we can make the proper changes. There are two ways to do this. You can log in to your account using your old information, then click the blue “My Profile” button. On this page you will want to update your email address and your login ID. Or, you can email us at this email address with both your old and new email addresses. We will update these for you.
