1. How do I sign in?
- While browsing the site there is no need to be a member. Before watching our videos you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you do not have a membership with us, please click "Join QNNtv.com Now!" at the top of the page. There, follow the instructions to purchase your QNNtv.com membership and start enjoying all of your benefits immediately.
2. Does QNNtv store my credit card info?
- No. For security reasons, QNNtv.com does not store your credit card information. Each time you wish to make a purchase, you will be prompted to enter your personal information (name and address) and credit card information in a secure page.
3. Why did I not receive a confirmation email?
- Please make sure to check your Junk Mail folder. Sometimes emails get caught up as spam. If you still have not received your confirmation email, or cannot find it, send us an email at support@qnntv.com.
4. What happens to the information I give to QNNtv.com?
- All information provided to QNNtv.com is kept confidential. Your information is not sold to 3rd parties. Occasionally, you will receive emails from QNNtv.com pertaining to newsletters, free patterns, discounts on vendors, etc, but only if you registered to receive them. QNNtv.com does not store your credit card information.

6. How do I purchase a QNNtv membership?
- Please follow the step by step guide below.
(1) While at the QNNtv website, click "Join Now".
(2) Click the "New Member" button.
(2) Follow the 4 steps to purchase a membership.
(4) Your order summary as well as your confirmation number will then be displayed. An email with this information is also sent to you.
(5) You have successfully completed your order!
7. Can I send a check or money order rather than using my credit card online?
- Yes you can. Please make checks out to Love of Quilting. Include in the envelope which membership you would like to purchase (QNNtv Video Library or Quilter's Club of America.) and any coupon codes you may have.
8. What is your refund policy?
QNNtv will refund your membership fees on a pro-rata basis if you are not fully satisfied with your membership.
9. I am a Quilters Club of America member, how do I access QNNtv.com?
If you joined Quilters Club of America before May 18th, you can log into www.QNNtv.com with your Quilters Club of America information. If you purchased your Quilters Club of America membership after May 18th, you will need to go to www.QuiltersClubofAmerica.com and retrieve the coupon code. Once you have the code, go to www.QNNtv.com and click "Join". From here you will need to enter your information and your preferred login and password. On step 3, you will need to enter the coupon code under the promotions area and then click "Recalculate My Total Now". This will take the membership cost down to $0.00. Then complete your order. You will then have instant access to all of the patterns and videos offered on QNNtv.com.
