QNN:  The First Broadcast Network for Quilters

Special interest groups dream of a channel devoted exclusively to their passion. For quilters this dream became a reality.

In addition to running shows created for traditional television such as PBS, QNNtv produces made-for QNNtv programming. These programs run the gamut from short new product preview spots to television-length 30-minute shows, depending upon what the content warrants.

Originally airing quilting television shows twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, according to a programming schedule, QNNtv launched in May of 2005 and truly lived up to its tag line promise: "It's quilting on the Internet.”

At viewer, advertiser, and show request, QNNtv re-launched with a new web site in October of 2007, putting its entire library of over 1,000 videos on demand. At this time a sustainable revenue model was introduced, balancing membership and advertising to support the network.

With distribution on the Internet, QNNtv has cut out the gatekeepers, putting decision-making for quilting programming in the hands of quilters and our industry. Our mission is to spread the joy of quilting through our large library of content, to both current quilters and future quilters.
